The mission of our AAU teams is to develop players and prepare them to play at the next level by participating in tournaments and other skill building activities. We instill a foundation of fundamental skills and work ethic by implementing structured practices with reputable coaches in quality facilities. The following provides an overview of our AAU program.
Traveling teams are for Boys and Girls ages 9-17. Players are evaluated at tryouts and teams will be selected by age; 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u and 17u (Separate girls’ teams will be created if we have enough players to fill rosters). These players will become accustomed to the system and experience the discipline it takes to be successful. Our professional staff includes active college, high school, and middle school coaches, retired professional players, and other long-time students of the game. The Coaching Victory Staff will implement game strategies, run drills, practices, and push players to reach their maximum potential. All players are required to attend at least one tryout session to be eligible for team. 2019 Tryouts are $20 per player ($10 for girls).

Coaching Victory staff, players, and parents are a family. We work, sweat, travel, win and lose together. Coaches assist other coaches and players support other teams. This family-based structure is something our program takes pride in. When you accept your roster spot you are joining the CV Fam!
