The mission of our AAU teams is to develop players and prepare them to play at the next level by participating in tournaments and other skill building activities.  We instill a foundation of fundamental skills and work ethic by implementing structured practices with reputable coaches in quality facilities. The following provides an overview of our AAU program.

Traveling Teams

Traveling teams are for Boys and Girls ages 9-17.  Players are evaluated at tryouts and teams will be selected by age; 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u and 17u (Separate Girls’ Teams).  These players will become accustomed to the system and experience the discipline it takes to be successful.  Our professional staff includes active college, high school, and middle school coaches, retired professional players, and other long-time students of the game. The Coaching Victory Staff will implement game strategies, run drills, practices, and push players to reach their maximum potential.

CV Elite

Coaching Victory Elite consists of all of the above for travel teams but the teams compete on a seperate National schedule.  CV Elite rosters are created by INVITE ONLY.  Players are evaluated at tryouts and will be invited to join teams based on coach evaluations.  Coaching Victory Elite Teams for 2020 will be 5th grade, 7th grade, and 9th grade.  CV Elite players will require an additional participation fee and will be responsible for more travelling than regular CV Teams.

Cost & Payments

Cost of participation for those invited to join is $500.  Payment can be made via PayPal, cash, check, or online.  If selected to join, full payment is due with signed player participation form by Monday, February 10th, 2020 (Late payment fee is $50).  Optional payment plan includes 2 payments of $275 (Due 2/10 and 3/2).  Payment covers player uniform & warm up with name on back, along with tournament fees, and gym usage fees.  All Players Recieve and Will Be Responsible For Custom Uniform With Name on Back. Players keep their uniforms.  Travel/hotel expenses and spectator admission to tournaments are not covered by registration fee.  Additional team gear or bags will be paid for by the proceeds of Team Fundraisers.  You must participate in Fundraisers to receive additional gear. The first team fundraiser will be a Krispy Kreme Donut Sale. (CV Elite Players will have additional participation fee)

Tournaments & Practices

The team will practice and play from March through June with at least 6 tournaments for each age group. This year’s tentative event schedule is TBA (event schedule subject to change):

Team practices will be held weekday evenings at the Scott Middle School, Rainbow Elementary School, Collegium Charter School, and ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center.  A monthly practice schedule will be released based upon gym availability and tournament schedules.

CV Fam

Coaching Victory staff, players, and parents are a family.  We work, sweat, travel, win and lose together.  Coaches assist other coaches and players support other teams.  This family-based structure is something our program takes pride in.  When you accept your roster spot you are joining the CV Fam!
