Coaching Victory was founded in 2013 by John Allen, Tyrone Boggs, and Josh Crans with a shared vision to provide youth outreach, create opportunity, and help revitalize the community through organized and structured athletic programs.

What started as a basketball initiative quickly grew into a movement rooted in mentorship, discipline, and development. From day one, Coaching Victory’s mission has been to give young people access to positive environments, strong role models, and life-changing opportunities through sports.

Through consistent programming, high standards, and a family-first culture, Coaching Victory has helped prepare athletes for success far beyond the court. Former Coaching Victory players have gone on to compete at all levels of college basketball, including Division I, and have played professionally in the NBA, NFL, G League, and overseas. Many others have carried the foundation built within the program into successful careers across a wide range of professional fields.

At its core, Coaching Victory is about more than wins and losses. It’s about teaching accountability, building confidence, and developing leaders. The lessons learned through our programs—work ethic, teamwork, and resilience—extend into every area of life.
