    The Coaching Victory AAU program is designed for athletes who aspire to compete at the next level—whether in middle school, high school, or college basketball and beyond. Our program provides structured training and competitive game experience throughout the Spring, helping players develop the skills, discipline, and mindset required to succeed.

  • Coaching Victory AAU is a competitive youth basketball program serving boys and girls in grades 3rd through 11th. Our mission is to develop skilled, confident, and disciplined players through structured practices, competitive tournament play, and strong coaching while fostering a family-based culture.

  • The 2026 CV AAU season runs from February through June, including practices, tournaments, and team activities.

  • Players are evaluated during official CV AAU tryouts and placed on teams based on grade level, skill level, effort, coachability, and overall fit. Team placement is determined by the Coaching Victory coaching staff.

  • Each team will participate in a minimum of seven (7) tournaments. Additional events may be added depending on team performance, availability, and opportunities throughout the season.

  • Practices are held on weekday evenings at approved facilities, including:

    • Scott Middle School

    • Rainbow Elementary School

    A monthly practice schedule is released based on gym availability and tournament schedules.

  • The 2026 CV AAU program fee is $700 per player.

    • Early Bird Discount: $650 if paid in full by February 13

    • Standard Full Payment: $700 due by February 20

    • Payment Plan Option:

      • $350 due by February 20

      • Remaining $350 due by March 13

    Players must be paid in full to receive uniforms and be eligible to compete.

    • Custom reversible home & away game uniform

    • Custom reversible practice jersey (alternate)

    • Coaching Victory warm-up shirt

    • Custom team bag

    • All items personalized with the player’s name

    • Gym and facility usage

    • Insurance and administrative costs

    • Team equipment

    • Tournament entry fees (minimum of 7 tournaments)

  • Payments can be made:

    Families needing assistance should contact a Coaching Victory director directly.

  • Yes. Multi-player family discounts and hardship assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. We encourage families to communicate early so we can work together to help provide opportunities for all athletes.

  • Uniform sizing samples are available at the parent meeting and first practices. Uniforms are ordered once rosters and payments are finalized and will be distributed before the first scheduled tournament, provided payment requirements are met.

  • Yes. All CV coaches and assistants are required to complete PA Child Abuse Clearance and PA State Criminal Background Checks before participating in practices or games.

  • Players are expected to attend practices regularly, compete with effort, and represent Coaching Victory with respect and discipline. Parents are expected to support the team, respect coaches and officials, and uphold the CV Fam culture.

  • Coaching Victory is built on a family-first culture. Coaches support one another, players support all CV teams, and families work together to create a positive, unified environment on and off the court.

  • Fundamental & Skill Development

    Athletes in the Traveling Teams program are introduced early to the CV principles of basketball, learning the accountability, work ethic, and team-first mentality it takes to represent wherever you play with pride.

  • Experienced Coaching Staff

    Our teams are led by a high-level coaching staff that includes college, high school, and middle school coaches, as well as former professional and collegiate players and basketball training specialists. This diverse coaching approach ensures players receive well-rounded instruction that focuses on fundamentals, game IQ, physical development, and mental toughness.

  • Top Tier Competition

    During the Spring season, Coaching Victory Traveling Teams compete in regional tournaments from March through June, providing players with valuable game experience and exposure in a competitive AAU environment.
